Copay Assistance Program*^,†

If your insurance company approves coverage for JIDEYTRO, you may still be responsible for a portion of the cost, known as a copay or coinsurance

Quick Start Program^‡

If you are new to JIDEYTRO, and there is a delay in insurance review or coverage, you may be eligible to receive a free, temporary supply of medication while you wait for a coverage decision

To apply for the Quick Start Program, please work with your doctor to complete your enrollment in Nuvalent Patient Support

You may be eligible to receive up to 2 months supply of JIDEYTRO at no cost while your insurance determines coverage

For patients with:

Bridge Program^‡

If you are already taking JIDEYTRO, and your insurance changes, you may be eligible for a free, temporary supply of medication while you wait for new insurance or coverage so you can stay on treatment

If you do not have insurance, your insurance does not cover JIDEYTRO, or you are concerned about the cost of your medication even with insurance, the Patient Assistance Program may be able to provide your medication at no cost if you meet eligibility requirements
