How do I enroll in the Copay Assistance Program?*^,†

Sign up for the Copay Assistance Program. You must meet program eligibility requirements to enroll and must be using commercial insurance for your prescription drug coverage.

After you sign up, be sure to share your copay card information with your pharmacist each time you fill your prescription

Can you help me understand my insurance benefits?

What is a prior authorization?

Your insurance company may need to pre-approve coverage for some prescriptions, like JIDEYTRO. Your insurance company may require additional information from your provider before approving coverage for your medication. This pre-approval process is called a prior authorization (also called a “PA” or “prior auth”).

If prior authorization for JIDEYTRO is required by your plan, your doctor will send a letter to your insurance company explaining why you need JIDEYTRO. After that, your insurance company will decide if they will cover JIDEYTRO.

What if my insurance denies coverage?

When your doctor prescribed JIDEYTRO, they may have mentioned that it’s a specialty medication. That means the process for getting JIDEYTRO is different than filling a prescription at your local pharmacy or drug store.
